Cottage Pie with Mustard Mash

Ingredients: 500g Mince 4 Baking Potatoes(or loadsa wee ones) 2 Onions 3 Carrots Mustard Milk Stock of some sort Salt and pepper Olive Oil
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 170 fan, gas mark 4 2) Peel and quarter potatoes and boil til tender 3) Heat 1 tbspn olive oil in frying pan and fry the oinions and carrots until tender 4) Add 500g mince. Once its cooked season with salt and pepper and add 250ml stock 5) Drain and mash potatoes adding 1 tbspn mustard and 100ml milk. 6) Place mixture in ovenproof dish, cover with mash and cook for 20mins until piping hot all through and mixture is golden
Comments/tips: Serve with steamed courgettes
