Spicy Lasagne

Ingredients:
500g Beef Mince
40g Mature Chedder(i'd go mild)
1 Onion
500g Tomato and Chilli Sauce
250g Egg Lasagne
Olive Oil
Chilli Powder
Milk
Butter
Plain Flour
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 170 fan, gas 4

2) Heat 1 tbspn olive oil in fying pan and cook onion for 3-4mins. Add mince and fy till browned. Stir in 1tbspn chilli powder and the tomato and chilli sauce. Seaon and simmer for 20 mins.

3) Meanwhile...make white sauce. Melt 20g butter in saucepan and stir in 30g flour. Cook for 1 min. Take off heat and gradually whisk in 450ml semi-skimmed milk until the mixture is smooth. Return to heat and bring to boil, continuously stirring sauce. Take off heat and season and stir in 20g chedder until melted.

4) Spoon half the mince into an oven proof dish, cover with 3 lasagne sheets(or whatever works). Pour over half the white sauce and top with remaining mince. Put 3 more sheets on top and pour over the remaining white sauce.

5) Top with the rest of the chedder and cook for 30mins in the oven until golden and bubbling.
Comments/tips: Serve with steamed courgettes.
