Chicken and Mascarpone Cheese
Main Course | 2 hrs

Ingredients: - 250g Chicken - 1 tin of Condensed Chicken Soup - 1 tub of Mascarpone Cheese - Mushrooms - Onion - Bread Crumbs - Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
1) Marinade chicken pieces in Balsamic vinegar for roughly 30mins. 2) Soften cheese slightly in microwave 3) Add in concentrated soup 4) Fry onions and mushrooms 5) Fry chicken and add to casserole dish with mushrooms and onions 6) Spoon soup/cheese mix over the top 7) Cover top of dish with breadcrumbs 8) Bake open at 180degC for ~ 1hr
