Dessert | 40 mins

Ingredients: - 6oz Self Raising Flour - 6oz Soft Margarine - 6oz Caster Sugar - 3 eggs (beaten) - 2tbsp cocoa powder - 1tbsp warm water
Instructions:
1) Grease and line the cake tins (7'', 1.5'' deep) with greaseproof paper. Lightly oil the paper and sides of tin. 2) Sieve flour and cocoa powder together. 3) Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat for 2 mins. The mixture should be a "dropping" consistency. 4) Divide the mixture between the tins, level the surface and bake in the preheated oven until risen and set (170 deg C 25-30 mins). 5) Let cool for a minute or two before removing from tins. 6) Leave to cool. 7) Sandwitch the slices together seperated by a layer of Chocolate Butter Icing ( see here).
