Dessert | 40 mins

Ingredients: - 2tbsp Cocoa - 1/2 cup milk - Vanilla (drop or so) - 4oz Margarine - 6oz Caster Sugar - 3 eggs - Heaped cup plain flour - 2 level tsp cream of tartar - 1 level tsp carb soda
Instructions:
1) Mix Cocoa, Milk and vanilla together 2) Cream, butter and sugar 3) Add eggs one at a time (giving at least 1min for each) 4) Add Cocoa mixture from (1) 5) Sift flour, tartar & soda and add to mixture 6) Cook in two 7" layer tins for ~25mins at 160-180 degrees C 7) Join together with whipped cream and Chocolate butter icing
Comments/tips: Can decorate with grated chocolate. Haven't tried this one yet! |
